What better way of doing this than walking the decks of the ship? If it is a multi-deck ship, you can schedule a daily walk on a different deck as part of your cruise ship fitness plan. The next day, your schedule can include taking a walk on one of the other decks, then either hitting the fitness room (many ships have them) or taking a dance class. If there are no dance classes scheduled, look to see if any special dances are being held. Then, have some fun by rewarding yourself for not taking a vacation from exercise by allowing yourself one indulgence — either a decadent dessert or one extra trip to the midnight buffet.
